To all the staff in Westmount, you made our 6 weeks respite stay a pleasant experience. Every single one of you was caring but the staff in the rstaurant made our day so many times. Personal and friendly caring, we couldn't ask for more. Thank you.
I have lead the team at Chartwell Westmount for one year. I have found this beautiful home has a lot of heart. The people that live in this home are such an active group that love to have fun. After working in the home and visiting the home numerous times, I am always warmly welcomed by residents and staff. You can really tell that the team in the home truly strive for that "home away from home" feeling for their residents! Whether they're there for a short stay or for years, its one big happy family.
