  Maxum was a huge help in getting my restaurant started! My kitchen is fantastic. My restaurant is in Brampton and it's called Mikey's Bistro. Every city inspector I've had come in here has praised the set up of my Kitchen. Con was an absolute pleasure to work with and he goes above and beyond for his clients. I plan to franchise my restaurant and I will definitely be working with Maxum again.

  I'm opening a new restaurant in Guelph and contacted Con from Maxum to provide and install our ventilation hoods. He was so helpful and patient with the whole process. He put in a lot of his own time to map out the kitchen equipment with me. Con provided me with the best suggestions how to maximize the kitchen space to its full potential.
