(May 9, 2021, 5:40 pm)My Mom has lived at Bankside for 6+ years and she is as healthy, vital and engaged as she ever was. The staff are the reason it is “home” to Mom. They have been kind, attentive and efficient but most importantly, they have listened when Mom has had questions or concerns. Throughout the pandemic, they have been wonderful about communication with our family (and have always made us feel welcome when we were able to visit) and after all these months, are still working to keep families connected, like the Mother’s Day project of personalized photo cards. Bravo and many thanks to Marlo and all the team at Bankside!

(April 19, 2021, 6:55 pm)Our Aunt has been living at Bankside Terrace almost three years. From the tour when Wendy the chef offered fresh Xmas cookies to these last 12 months when the pandemic hit the world like a ton of bricks, Bankside has been caring, proactive, professional and communicative. When we can not see our Aunt in person, our family has kept in touch with virtual visits, and phone calls. Their infection control protocols have been obviously thorough and consistent. Thumbs up Bankside Terrace!! Thanks so much for your dedication and your caring personalities.

(August 19, 2020, 2:56 pm)When I came to Bankside, I was very sick and I truly feel Bankside saved my life. Nursing staff helped take care of my medication, staff is caring, constantly checking in. The meals are wonderful, and with Crystal running the activities I always look forward to what is planned each day. The location is close to my bank and stores. When my friends visit, the staff is always so pleasant they told me it was like walking into a hotel! Bankside brought me back to the land of the living. I feel like I am back to myself, and my family notices. This is my home. Residents laugh together.

(August 18, 2020, 6:13 pm)When I moved into Bankside it was a Sunday after dinner. The chef Wendy stayed into the evening, made dinner for myself and my friends, and ate with us. To this day, I think this is so nice! She has always been a good confidant for me, we have fun joking with each other. I have since made many friends here at Bankside. I have fun going to activities like Fit Minds and the music entertainment.

Well planned and very nutritious. The staff here are friendly, caring and truly concerned about my well being. I feel secure and safe here. They truly listen and hear me when I speak. When I wake up here and am so grateful I am here. Marlo the GM runs a great ship with a great crew.
