I am so glad that I contact Chris.
He help me remotely to fix problem with my gas water heater. His high level of knowledge and friendly way to talk made me very happy. Highly recommend this company if you are looking for solid knowledge and reasonable pay.

Life situation brought me back to the Preferred Duct Cleaning and an excellent professional Chris again. Like a good Samaritan, he solved my problem with the water heater. His company probably one of the best in Kitchener. The most important thing in person is honesty. Especially when it comes to replacing expensive parts that do not need to be replaced, but simply cleaned. This is an important asset of this company, as many of us have been deceived by dishonest businesses and contractors. Thank you, Chris !!! -

Chris even took time to repair a few small issues that were costing us money like running toilets and a seized shower faucet at no charge. Including driving out to get the parts required! Have recommended him and his business to everyone I’ve spoke to about it and am glad we chose them. Very happy with Preferred Duct Cleaning!
