(June 8, 2021, 9:01 pm)They manged really well during Covid, with no serious outbreaks. To say it's a good residence, in Ontario, is a bit of a low bar. Rates increase. Service decreases. Nurses are replaced by PSWs and PSWs are paid the minimum and kept part time.
