Iris was amazing! Friendly and bubbly. First dress she put me in I ended up choosing after I tried on others and went to another appointment down the road. Julianna is a great! She even put a dress on and stood beside me to compare two dresses I was torn between. Awesome service!

I had THE BEST experience at Sophie's! The entire staff gave me 5 star service each and every time I went there. They were always attentive, friendly, courteous, helpful and thoughtful. Iris, Cassie and Juliana really went above and beyond for me multiple times. I would recommend that any bride go there if you want customer service that will blow your mind. I am so happy that they were on this journey with me and I will never forget their attention to detail and how they made me feel like family and not a customer. Loved my dress, loved the team, loved the experience. Thank you Sophie's! ❤️

Wonderful selection and staff! I have been so impressed both times I have been here. Kelli Jo and Julianna were professional, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of, had great opinions and suggestions, and were so fun to work with. We can't wait to come back again for our third trip!

The ladies were so very helpful today, I felt really cared for since I was already stressed about finding a veil in time for my wedding. The one girl at the place I bought my dress at was not helpful at all and only told me the veil would not arrive in time for my wedding.

What a wonderful store. The staff are very personable, polite, helpful and FUN ! Amanda was our bridal consultant and she was fantastic. She surpassed our expectations. She really listened to our likes and dislikes. She made us feel comfortable right away. The selection was far superior compared to other bridal stores we had visited. Amanda gave us lots of honest feedback as did Iris. The staff was NOT pushing us to buy and didn’t care how long we took trying and retrying on dresses. We will definitely be going back there ! Sophie’s Gown Shoppe made our wedding dress shopping experience a 10 !! Thank you Amanda.
