They listened to what I wanted, provided suggestions for improvement, gave updates as to timeline and fair pricing. I had them replace 6 windows, an outer door and trim and they were so fantastic though out the entire process. All the installation was done in one day. Sergio and his crew were so professional, clean and efficient. It was obvious they took great pride in their workmanship. I'm so happy with how my new windows and door look. I will definitely be referring Tri- city. Thank you.

The pride that went into Sergio’s work was like no other. Elena was always so caring and super informative! I would recommend this company over and over again! Beyond thrilled with the outcome!

Recently had Tricity Windows replace the windows at one of my properties and am very pleased with the price, service and professionalism of the installation. The property looks stunning and refreshed.

The customer service was very professional and helpful -- answered all our questions, addressed all our concerns and always stayed nice and professional. The installer was super professional as well. He came on time, was very nice, kept the house clean and cleaned up all the mess outside. The quality of the new windows is superb. I have not realized that a great window makes such a difference. Very happy with the service. Definitely going to change the other windows with this company again.
