We are nearing the end of the design phase and at every meeting, we have been pleasantly surprised by the material and their understanding of what we were trying to accomplish. But that is how the deal with Grandview Homes went when they purchased my 85 yr-old Father-in-Law's home near Chicago. For many reasons, health included, it was imperative we move my wife's dad. After connecting with a number of potential companies that propose to buy homes "AS IS", we settled on Grandview, based primarily on reputation and advertising. From the start they exceeded expectations: they showed up on time, efficiently evaluated the property, then gave us a more-than-fair offer. Their estimator, Jay, was extremely thoughtful and professional. It felt safe to let him in the house! Once we accepted Grandview's offer they kept right on shining throughout the transaction. With the expert and tenacious efforts of Ashlee and Deb S., we had to deal with a difficult building department, multiple inspections, and a Transfer Stamp approval process that was more difficult than any I have experienced in 35+ years of practicing law. Grandview did everything and more to make our deal close. In my opinion they are the BEST!!! I give Grandview my highest praise and recommend them without reservation! Bob B. from Ohio
