  I've shopped at Global for over 14 years! It's changed over the years but still a great place to get smoked bones for my fur babies!

  Excellent customer service helpful friendly staff who go out of their way to be helpful...lots of items in the store...doggie booties great selection...very clean and organized making it a wonderful shopping experience. Would highly recommend the 700 Strasburg Rd location!!!

  Polite and courteous staff. Not the best selection overall for food and treats---this place is not as extensive for pets others than cats and dogs but that may be due to the location. In a bus route and in a plaza with other conveniences.

  Great staff who are friendly knowledgeable and willing to take the time to make sure you are choosing the right product. Not the cheapest option but you get what you pay for. Their selection of premium foods is unmatched.

  I am really surprised by the negative reviews. We have been going here for the past six years and I am always impressed with the level of knowledge the staff have about the products, granted some have a more in-depth insight into various foods but overall the experience has always been wonderful. I also like their loyalty program with a free bag of food every x amount of purchases - also for those that feed raw they ya e a decent selection of Tollden Farms frozen raw.
