(January 24, 2019, 1:33 am)I think if you're looking for a gym with good prices, this is the place to go. They have the basics (cardio, weight training) and some extra perks. The staff are pretty nice and it's usually pretty clean. I just wish that I could use the showers at 6 am before work, but that's really out of control of the staff.

It's a bare bones facility; if you're looking for a gym that offers all the bells and whistles, then I would recommend one of full-serviced GoodLife clubs. With that said, this location gives me what I need: basic equipment to do a full workout at a great price. However, you need to get the locks on the individual change rooms fixed; that is what prevented this location getting a five star rating from me.

(December 12, 2018, 2:14 am)Good gym for what it's worth , you can't go wrong with the price a month compared to the competitors... As stated yes it has drawbacks like no fountain , but you can get over that small detail. The gym itself is fairly sized considering its traffic , overall good gym. Ps. For all you guys and some woman , Good looking staff.

For example, only one of the two regular change rooms has had a functioning door lock for quite some time, and not everyone knocks before attempting to open a closed door. The gym is small, but it's got enough equipment as long as you know some alternate exercises if a piece of equipment you'd like to use is not available. Overall, I like this gym and am happy to call it my fitness home!
