(April 26, 2021, 3:14 am)I was suffering from recurring, unprovoked pain for more than three years. I started seeing Soodeh for physiotherapy twice a week and very quickly saw improvements.
I was nervous about doing physiotherapy, but Soodeh very quickly made me feel at ease. I now have a set of exercises I can practice at home to maintain the fitness we achieved in the clinic.
I would definitely recommend her! -

She’s professional, personable, extremely intelligent, and critically analyses foot issues in a way that leads to a meaningful solution. She was recommended to me, and I don’t regret it; I’ve been having problems w my feet since the unfortunate passing of Mike Forgrave. Book an apt w her!

(February 1, 2021, 8:15 pm)The team at LiveWell is fantastic. From the receptionists in Carol and Janet, to the Physiotherapists in Mike, Sam, Soodeh and Karen. To the chiropractor Dr. Kathryn. Finally, to the massage therapists Michael and Tammy. Pick your choice and you won't be disappointed. Regarding the PT team, they each have a slightly different approaches to treatment but have the same results. More importantly, they create an environment for you to thrive in and are just really great individuals who will listen to you and figure out a plan of care to reach your goals. Their philosophy is always patient centred care and you have the luxury of working 1on1 for 30 minutes with the Physiotherapists. The clinic is clean, modern and they take pride in ownership with the cleanliness. Especially with COVID19, they have taken all necessary precautions to ensure that you are safe and the attention to detail is second to none. The clinic is accessible for all parties. I have been to a bunch of clinics and I haven't seen one as organized, clean and welcoming as this one. Everybody is super friendly and you won't regret choosing LiveWell as the clinic to help you achieve your rehab or prehab goals!

(February 1, 2021, 5:13 pm)I have been seeing Soodeh for pelvic floor therapy since about 6 weeks postpartum. When I started I had so much pelvic soreness I could not stand for long periods and I physically could not do a kegel. After 2 months with Soodeh I can happily say I have no soreness at all, and am seeing huge improvements in my pelvic strength and stabilization with each visit! I don’t know where I would be without her help. I would recommend her to anyone!

She is also very accommodating with respect to scheduling appointments and always finds the time to squeeze me in and work around my hectic schedule. I would definitely recommend Livewell to anyone who is looking for good quality care.
