Ive been a client of stroths services for the last 12 years and have been beyond impressed with how she conducts her business and runs her company. Lillian is an amazing women with a great heart she has been their for me from day one and still is to today and till the day i die. I will never use anyone else as she is always on top of the rules and regulations the government changes every year. She will always do whatever she can to get you the refund you deserve. I have seen a couple reviews of her and its totally a bias opinion due to other reasons not warranted to her company or her work. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone to do your taxes. She is not only their to do your taxes once a year and you never hear from her again. If their is anything that needs to be addressed after you file lillian is their and will do anything to have your back and make sure their is no issues with Canada revenue. She goes up and beyond for you as she truly loves her job and has pride for her company. When you leave from doing your taxes you leave with min 50 pages of information showing you everything that was claimed and submitted to the government that you can see yourself and read thru. Lillian is an amazing woman she's very compassionate, hard working and will truly do everything in her power to make sure you leave happy and satisfied. Her prices are very reasonable for the quality of work she preforms. In conclusion i would 1000000% recommend stroths services to anyone to use. She does personal and business taxes plus pay roll and Hst. Truly she can do anything even can help with audit's. Please disregard negative comments as their not true in anyway their only their to try to hurt her due to personal reasons not actual tax purposes. If you want an account to be their for you for life Lillian is the women to do that for you. Honestly an amazing woman and very hard worker and she has her clients intrest at hand and will get you the best return you ever got. She is very flexible on time and you can drop off your papers and she will do it and call when its done for pickup if you don't want to go somewhere cuz of covid. Honestly the best accountant in kitchener waterloo and surrounding areas.

I've been a client of Lilian's for 10 yrs now. I've always gotten exceptional service. As a long haul truck driver it's nice to have someone who cares about me enough to keep fully updated on tax laws. Often sending me notices of changes that will effect my tax return.
