(March 13, 2023, 5:28 pm)I have been going to this group for the past 3 years on and off. I was initially in a severe car accident and AIM Health Group was recommended by my family doctor. They were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout my experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly! They helped me with everything involved (e.g., explaining exactly what was going on with my body, LOTS of paperwork for both work and insurance, what exercises to do at home between treatments, what products I could use to alleviate pain) while I healed. I came to them with a concussion and numerous body ailments and after months of treatment I felt a lot better!
So when I was in yet another car accident this past summer (with my family), it was easy to choose where I wanted to go and recommended it to my father as well. We both went for numerous months together to treat our whiplash and concussion symptoms. My father was also grateful for the services provided to him, to get him back onto the golf course for years to come!
I am currently still a patient and feel supported yet again to get through this time in my life. I have seen how they interact with both staff and patients and they are nothing but cooperative and accommodating with everyone around them. Their current facilities (that are not shown in pictures here) are easy to access with ample door to door, one level parking. I would highly recommend AIM to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable staff that is willing to meet you wherever you are in your healing journey! -
