(November 15, 2018, 10:54 pm)We saw the maintenance inspection special posted on Facebook through my sister Kelli Brezinski. Decided to have the inspection and did not expect there to be a problem. Elham operation manager of Whole Home Comfort arrived to do the inspection and was professional. (Always wears his shoe covers.)We had known the furnace was making more noise than usual but sort of forgot about it over the course of the summer. In our case it was discovered the furnace vent motor was shot... it was still working but we guessed it wouldn't last long as we figured it had been making the noise for about 2 years. Elham was honest and spelled out our options. He never tried to persuade us in any direction. He did not use any scare tactics like I know other companies do. We decided because of the age of the furnace it would be best to replace the whole thing rather than just do the fix. We did not anticipate this inspection would result in replacing the furnace but in all honesty we would rather know and react now than in the dead of winter or on a holiday when we have company. It sucked cause it is a lot of money but that is the joys of owning a home. We booked the appointment for install. Elham and another employee showed up on time to do the install. It was completed in a timely fashion and professionally. We had opted for a Ecobee 4 Smart Thermometer and this part was interesting as it is modern technology. Elham set it all up and showed us how to work it.It is very user friendly so easy to operate and has a mobile sensor that can be used by the home owner to heat a particularly cold part of the house ie the basement or a seniors room. Very nice technology.
Overall (despite having to replace the furnace...lol) it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this company and its excellent professional team for any HVAC work.

Replaced my old furnace with an Infinity System. Furnace is the same size as my old furnace but blows more powerful, pushing more air in rooms furthest away from furnace. Great having phone app that allows me to take control of heating and cooling settings from anywhere in the world (wifi needed). System was installed promptly as scheduled and technicians well trained and efficient.
Overall great experience and would recommend to prospective buyers out there.
