I first met him over a year ago when he worked at Healthy Planet and I was starting keto. I was very impressed by him then and I'm more so now that I've done a consultation with him. Doctors work to prevent you from getting sick and treat you when you are but there's a BIG difference between that and actually feeling great. This is why ones like Tyler are needed. He really knows his stuff.
Tyler is very knowledgeable and his teaching on healthy habits can be easily implemented in everyday life.
