I usually don’t leave reviews unless I’m extremely impressed. Tim is the hardest working realtor that I’ve met. I’ve dealt with over half a dozen realtors and none have come close to Tim. Here’s why:

1. Communication with Tim is excellent. He is always very quick to respond to any questions you may have, evenings or weekends he always makes himself available.

2. Hes very knowledgeable and sticks to his guns. Tim was confident about what our house was worth, we had our doubts and considered dropping our price but Tim reassured us that we were priced right. Prior to going with Tim we had a few other realtors come through and suggested selling for much less (to get a quick sale I’m sure). Tim fought to ensure we would get every dollar we deserved and sure enough, we sold for asking, couldn’t be happier.

Tim also provided us with tons of advice while dealing with an out of town realtor (for our home purchase) that we were less than thrilled with. His advice proved to be very important and helpful, and it really showed us how knowledgeable and experienced Tim is when it comes to all things real estate.

3. impecibble service. He always made us feel like we were his only clients, his top priority, always taking his time to explain everything in detail (sometimes multiple times) until we fully understood. Always looking for ways to make the whole process of selling our home less stressful for us by taking as much responsibility off our backs. He found contractors for me when I needed them and always offered to personally prepare our home for open houses when we were away.

4. Very professional and works harder than anyone else. Tim organized several open houses and always made sure that he was there to speak to viewers directly. He brought in his own clients and as a direct result of his hard efforts, we ended up getting multiple offers on our home. Had Tim not worked so hard to market the home we are confident this would have not been the case. He goes above and beyond.
