(May 4, 2019, 12:25 pm)I've had a few poor experiences in Freedom Mobile shops in the past so I was pleased to see that the Mobile Shop now represents Freedom and decided to inquire about a new phone.
The time and help I received was amazing. I went from just looking, to walking out with the perfect phone for my needs and it was loaded up with all the pics on my old phone. I wish I could remember the clerk's name..he went so far above and beyond.. I'll be recommending The Mobile Shop.. 5 stars isn't really enough to describe the level of helpful and humorous service
