(November 20, 2018, 5:17 pm)We had a clogged toilet/drain. After calling around and no plumbers were available that day, we reached BP Plumbing and they had Skylar come out the same day. Unfortunately, he could not arrive until 4:45 pm. Instead of doing all of the work and charging us the "after-hours evening rate" he asked if we would like him to come back the next morning at the regular rate. He came back as promised the next morning, fixed the issue and the price was very reasonable. He was incredibly fair and honest, and went above and beyond. I would 100% call Skylar at BP Plumbing again for any issues.
