(November 16, 2019, 8:19 pm)Had my truck oil sprayed earlier in the day, cleaned the inside prior to my appointment. When I arrived I unloaded my tires myself (as I prefer to do). The staff were friendly and greeted me when I came in. Requested the staff leave me wheels outside so I could load them in my truck myself. They used a seat cover and steering wheel cover in my truck to keep it clean. Appointment was completed in a timely manner. Have been to this location on several occasions and they are always respectful of my vehicle and have excellent customer service.

(December 14, 2018, 2:01 am)Picked up a screw the other day that lead to a slow leak. Huge shout out to Kal Tire in Cambridge, Ontario, who took me in and fixed me up. They knew their way around my Tesla Model 3 and set me at ease. While the wheel was off they took the time to show me my winter rims that I’d ordered but hadn’t seen with the car yet. Once I was all patched up, they sent me on my way free of charge. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service.
