(December 6, 2018, 7:53 pm)Owner is excellent - friendly and knowledgeable. Approaches watch repairs logically while trying the most cost-effective solutions first. Prices are reasonable and I'm always treated well. The hours are not as convenient as the mall, for example, but this is understandable since it is a "mom and pop" shop. They are open on Saturdays, which is great.

The proprietor was so kind and courteous - he listened carefully to me and helped me to find a watch that I am very happy with. The second time I was "just browsing" to get a sense of prices and choices for a silver chain. Again this man was so respectful and attentive to my concerns - I never felt pushed to purchase and I learned a lot. This is true service.

The most honest and the best customer service I’ve had experienced with a business owner. Will continue to use this store as my exclusive jewelry retailer. Has always gone out of his way to ensure I’ve always been 100% happy with his service.
