Had a great first visit at iTherapy. Marsha was very informative and followed up with an email on the excercises I was assigned to do at home. This is a great tool because you are trying to take in so much information at once it's easy to forget.
I injured my shoulder years ago and tried all methods of chiropractic, physiotherapy and massage therapy. Only with the help of osteopath Tom Eagles did it improve and eventually heal completely.
