I am Centurion property for one year now, I leave in a beautiful new building in Kitchener. The apartment is great looks more like a condo than a rental unit. The staff form the building resident manager and the property manager are amazing people. We patience and understanding all the issues and request have been resolved in timely and professional manner. Building surrounding areas are well kept and maintained. The pet bags and waste disposal stations are an exceptional addition to the property and ensure grounds free of dog poop.
Our building is safe, clean and well maintained. It will be nice if all our neighbours from the building to be considerate of the surroundings and treat the building like your own home.
I have lived at 11 wendy court for over 10 years and love it. The superintendent are so friendly and easy to get a hold for any questions or concerns. the apartment building is always kept clean. Its a safe and quiet place to live with children . Love living here would recommend to everyone #MyCenturionHome.
I have been living at 11 Wendy Crt for 3 years. This building is run by great people who keep this property up-kept, clean and very welcoming. You are always informed about new features being added to the building to better suit us and any fourth coming news; we always get notified in a timely manner. The superintendent is always available for questions or concerns you may have without question. I do rate this building and the people 5 stars. #MyCenturionHome
