(March 27, 2021, 3:01 pm)I am a very detailed oriented individual, and I must say the lady's workmanship has always been very satisfying. I have hemmed and even sized a pair of expensive Jeans from top to bottom and she has done a fantastic job.
As for those commenting on the customer service side of things, being direct should not be construed as impolite. -

(February 26, 2021, 12:40 am)I feel quite safe going into this business. The parking lot is cleared of snow and ice as is the pathway to the door. The total number of customers allowed in at any one time is strictly adhered to. There is hand sanitizer at the entrance. All is secure.

(November 7, 2020, 12:03 am)This was my first time going here. The lady was kind, personable and did a fantastic job! We had to alter something for a medical need and she not only did a fantastic job she ensured it was done in a timely fashion so we could put it to use right away.
I will happily return with anything else I need altered. -

(January 28, 2020, 8:38 pm)They repaired the belt loops on 2 pairs of wool dress pants, from the pants hem, so the material matched. They fixed a leather glove whose stitching had come undone. The pants and gloves look and fit great. They completed the work in the time they said and for a reasonable price.
They also cleaned and pressed the wool pants and removed a stain. The location is easy to access with plenty of parting.
Also, there was NO smoke smell that my adept nostrils could detect (I am a non-smoker and detest the smell of smoke), and my clothes smelled clean and fresh when I picked them up.
