Mobile Klinik Professional Smartphone Repair - Cambridge

My phone got run over by a few cars last month (oops). The gentleman who helped out to transfer all of my contacts and all the photos he could save was super friendly and didn't even end up charging me for his help. Going into Mobile Klinik made an unpleasant experience much easier! Highly recommended!

The battery on my S7 was not holding its charge anymore. Instead of biting the bullet on a new phone and contract with Telus, I decided to look into getting it fixed. Eric and the rest of the team helped me out with a new battery, and now it works great! Professional, friendly service, and quick: by the time I walked the length of the mall and back, they were done. Highly recommend!

I came in with my Blackberry, and it was no longer getting my emails for the past month and a half. Scott looked into it, and quickly discerned the issue was with the RIM Email services.
After Updating the phone, attempting a password change, re-logging into the Email on the phone, and changing the Access Points of the email, he told me a factory reset may help.
I didn't want to part with my dear data, and i didn't have time to back everything up. Scott went quickly to work on finding a solution, and he came to a brilliant idea.
He set me up with a new email. at first i was skeptical, as i though i wouldn't be able to get the emails that are sent to my rogers account. but his process was great! He Logged my phone out of my old email, logged my phone into the new email, then logged in to my old email on the PC, and forwarded all the mail to the new email. now, i get all of my old mail, as well as have a working email on my phone!
The simplicity of his process was amazing, and he thought of this all on the fly!
This store is great service, WONDERFUL people, and an all round enjoyable experience. 10/10 Will recommend this store to EVERYONE. i have had many bad experiences with stores like this before, but this one just blew me out of the water with their quick thinking, and fast service. i was in and out within 20 minutes with a smile.

I purchased a screen protector and case online and called a head to ask if they could put a screen protector on my tablet. The lady said yes and it would be free.
I went in and found out that if you don’t purchase it there it is $10 to put it on. Which is still a great deal.
The guy was really nice and said I’ll put it on for you no problem.
He did a really great job and it looks like a whole new tablet with the screen protector and case. He also put the case on and I didn’t even ask him too.
I highly recommend this place if you are anxious like me about putting screen protectors on any of your devices.

I came in on Sunday after the Bell employee sent me here. there were account locks on my phone, that wouldn't let me reset it. Bell was stumped, so they recommended Mobile Klinik. The Rep there, Scott, was able to handle my problems nearly immediately, and without hesitation. he was able to get my phone running within 10 minutes, then was happy to pull data from my old phone over, to make sure i didn't completely lose contacts.

This was a great experience and all things considered, will use this repair store again. wonderful service.
