(May 15, 2019, 9:51 pm)We called Xtermall recently for a mouse infestation. Apparently it was breeding season and the sounds were unbearable at night. Dwayne came by the next day and was the friendliest most knowledgeable pest control person we've known. My wife, young son and dog were home (I was at work) and the experience according to my wife was friendly and professional. That night we immediately noticed the sounds were gone. Within a few nights it was nothing but silence. With some tips from Dwayne and a mouse cover over our dryer vent we feel prepped to avoid future issues. A quick follow-up visit to check traps and we're all good for the next year or so. Definitely recommended for the quick, friendly, knowledgeable and professional pest control service.

He returned to my house several times to ensure our squirrel problem was resolved, even after receiving payment. True professional who cares about his clients and doing the job right.

Dwayne is friendly, professional and has a lot of experience and knowledge in pest control. He took the time to explain everything and what needed to be done. His rates are reasonable and better than what I was quoted elsewhere. If you want someone trustworthy and who can get the job done call Xtermall Pest & Wildlife Control.
