Cathy helped us pick out the most suitable unit for our home and Ash was quick and professional when installing the unit which took under an hour which includes tapping into the water lines. I would definitely recommend their services to any friends or family.

Edward was wonderful as the diagnostic technician who came to check on our previous broken water softener, Lypje, as the point of contact for the sales, was very prompt in addressing all issues and was very easy to deal with, and Jeff was fantastic with installing the new appliances. I don't know how they've managed to put together such a friendly and personable team, but it was certainly a much more pleasant and pain-free experience than similar interactions I've had with other appliance people! A big THANK YOU to the team, and an unreserved recommendation from me!

So everything from setting up my Culligan account to having a technician coming over and making sure everything is in working order went easy and smooth. Edward Jordan was my service tech. He was very thorough at explaining every function of the softener system. All the parameters were set wrong on the softener system so I was told what it should be. Thanks for the great customer service!
