(March 7, 2019, 6:26 pm)Tri-City Plumbing just completed a fix from a previous contractor who had just redone my bathroom. The previous contractor installed everything improperly on my new vanity/sink, so they basically had to redo it. They came very quickly (same day). The service guys were so friendly and professional. They completed the job and submitted a very reasonable invoice. I couldn't be happier with the service. I would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs. 10/10.

(February 28, 2019, 4:51 am)This is the first time we used Tri City Plumbing. We had an weekend emergency during the deep freeze in February and we called Tri City Plumbing. Tyler answered the call on Saturday and although he was busy with other emergencies due to the freezing weather he still managed to squeeze us in between jobs. Tyler was professional and quick to resolve a situation which could have resulted in a lot more damage. The restoration company had to wait until the next day to expose more damaged pipes. Tyler came back on Sunday, between jobs again and he found all the damaged pipes and managed to get our water back on with no further incidences. Due to the restoration schedule, Tyler ended up having to make 3 separate trips. Our invoice was way less than what we had imagined, considering the work was done after hours and on the weekend. Guess who our new plumbing company will be from now on?! And we will certainly recommend Tri City to friends and family!

(October 18, 2018, 7:50 pm)Tri City was recommended to me by a friend and neighbour. We called them over to fix a leaky toilet. We were lucky in that they came over the same day and attempted a fix to a tricky problem. Unfortunately, a few hours later the toilet leaked again. We called them, and they were back, bright and early the next morning with a more ambitious and durable fix. This time, it worked. Nice people, very transparent and easy to deal with, and thoroughly professional.
