(November 12, 2020, 11:46 pm)I had my furnace replaced today. The guys were really informative, respectful and neat and tidy (they cleaned everything up when they were finished). They also pointed out to me that my water heater needs to be replaced but weren't pushing me to use them at all when I told them I rent it. They simply suggested I reach out to Reliance and have them come and replace it. I was so impressed with them and the price was right as well.

(April 28, 2020, 3:55 pm)Last week our water heater died. I called and spoke to Nick. On the SAME DAY, Mike and Shawn arrived, put on floor protection footwear, laid cloth sheeting on our hardwood floors, installed the new water heater, and took away the old one. I was so impressed that the next day I decided to replace my aging and inefficient water softener, so (on a Friday) I called Nick again. On Monday, before noon, Mike and Stefan arrived, practiced the same floor protection as the first time, and completed the job in less than 2 hours. I'm pleased to say that both jobs were pleasant, no hassle experiences from initial phone calls to completion of the jobs. The men were extremely accommodating and efficient, and the prices were very reasonable. I wouldn't call anyone else to address any future plumbing issues.
