(June 2, 2021, 9:55 pm)I felt strongly, that I should share my experience with others or even potential customers. One of our windows had obviously had a broken seal, as there was moisture or a film between both panes of the glass. Just the other day my wife and I, had noticed that Better Windows & Doors Company were working on a house on our street replacing all of the windows.
I attended the residence where the work crew was in the process of removing/installing windows. I approached the site foremen who was eating lunch and I advised him of my predicament. Without hesitation, he sprung up and went through a stack of the old windows, in attempts to locate a window with the same dimensions as mine.
He found one, measured it and instead of giving it to me, he advised he would go with me and install it. I was pleasantly surprised, grateful because of his generosity and going above and beyond the call of customer service. He would not take any money and was so pleasant, and genuine! His act of kindness saved our family, having to buy a brand new window. He is a true asset to the company.

From Anita & Kathleen in the office, to the sales and installation crews, everyone was great to deal with. Dave and crew (Nick, Mike, McKay, Noah and others) were very conscientious and respectful on site. Excellent prices, excellent customer service! We are extremely happy and wouldn't hesitate to refer Better Windows and Doors. If you are considering a new door(s) and/or windows, definitely contact this company, you won't be disappointed.

They are quick to make sure that everything is as you'd hoped. Barry came to measure and provided us a quote. He was professional and the quote was very reasonable. Mike and McKay arrived on time to install, the we very polite, helpful, and just the best. We are truly so 😊 our door is done right and done professionally.
