My experience having my baby daughter as a patient here has been positive. We have been able to get regular appointments, when I phone and need help the nurse practitioner calls back the same day. We've been able to get through to the doctor at the weekend and out of hours and got referrals to specialists.
This place is phenomenal. Even if they have a waiting list, I suggest you get on it if you are looking for an MD in the west end of Toronto. The doctors and nurses that work here have cared for me an my family for years. They take appointments on short notice, and have all kinds of ancillary programs that you can take advantage of.
