(December 9, 2019, 4:48 pm)We had problems replacing bulbs in our overhead liting unit - Had conversation with service techi - he went to back storage and gave us 6 new bulbs - don't tell anybody - that's why we have dealt with them for 35 yrs!

I felt like I was getting good advice and service, not high pressure sales. She sent me home with a list and was happy to sell me most of it a few days later.
