I’ve been coming to this clinic for a number of years. The doctors here especially Dr Lu are always very professional. The receptionist always greets me warmly. There are times I’ve had to wait 2 hours. It’s a walk in clinic. Be a bit understanding its not instant . I’ve witnessed people screaming at the receptionist at on a number of occasions. She always handles it with grace. I’ve always been treated politely. You get what you give. People are not happy when they don’t feel good or concerned about their health understandably. But the receptionist has to deal with that. So if she seems a bit abrupt. Is it possible she has been snapped at half the day?
