You might feel a bit intimidated by what is going on, but when you finally take your first steps in everyone is extremely welcoming and happy to help you learn. Great opportunity for those who want to get into shape while doing something other than going to the gym. Kerry is great at providing clear instructions, and pushing you to better yourself. I encourage anyone who is a bit hesitant to just come in and chat with Kerry or Hillary, both are super welcoming as are those they train.

Training with Kerry and HIllary for the last two years has helped me with my fitness goals, confidence and increased my appreciation and passion for Kickboxing, as well as martial arts in general. Everyone is welcome here, regardless of fitness or athleticism. Furthermore, instructors and students are friendly and approachable. We train hard, but have fun doing it.
