Well we got talking and swapped business cards. Two weeks later my client purchased a condo very near the place I had met Michael and she worked with him to do an Inspection. Michael was very thorough and walked my client through everything. Thank you Michael.

He did the inspection and helped us to make a good purchase. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and provided me with a report that was loaded with many pictures, very detailed but easy to read and understand.
I would highly recommend Michael's service to everyone. -

Our home inspection with him was not only thorough, but he and his team took the time to educate us on all the identified issues and gave us good, practical advice on how to deal with them, as well for the good maintenance of our prospective home.

He did such a thorough inspection and then provided me with a full, detailed report on all of his findings, as well as recommendations and prioritizations on how/when to address some issues. He has such a wealth of knowledge from his experiences and taught me a lot even in that short period! Thank you Michael for doing such a great job! I highly recommend him!
