  We had Ductless Air install our new ductless heat pump system.
  
  The Ductless Air team did a great job. I was told that my drywall ceiling in the basement would have to be ripped up by another contractor in order to allow for correct linear , They did it without scratching the paint. They helped us install A WIFI thermostat and explained how it would work. Everything was done quickly and cleanly. They even fixed my fireplace which was installed incorrectly by another contractor.
  
  These are the guys you're looking for if you want good service and a fair price.

  This is the second time we had Ductless Air come out and they are amazing. Very professional very thorough and understanding with our ancient boiler and Ductless system we have. I would highly recommend them for anyone , Thanks ductless sir for your amazing service.

  Expect the best, you won't be disappointed!
  We are very satisfied with the outstanding service provided by Novel Care.
  We choose Novel Care from all companies we called to quote us a replacement for our over 20 year-old Ductless air conditioning, Novel Care was the clear winner. They presented us with various options available for heating and cooling systems, helping us to better understand their value by using a feature-comfort-expenses balance approach. We were able to quickly select our option and rationally negotiate and agree on the cost details.
  John made it very easy for us to get all the rebates by registering the system and submitting the claims for us. We were regularly kept up to date with the claims status, and had absolutely no issues until payments were received.
  Novel Care technicians installed the new system in about 8 hours, and have done a well-coordinated, neat and clean job, including disposal of the old parts.
  We have used the system for almost 12 months now, and had the opportunity to use both heating and the air conditioning. So far we are impressed with the overall quality and comfort provided: stable temperature with a system so quiet that you won't hear when it's actually working.
  NOVEL CARE proved to be trustworthy, and we highly recommend them to anyone.

  Equipment being installed: I had a new system installed in my home on March 8th. I wish to thank John who advised us and coordinated the sale and installation, the installation crew who came well prepared with a professional attitude as well as the back up from your office. The whole project went forward with no delays and hitches. As a former construction supervisor I can appreciated a well planned and carried out project.
