(September 26, 2016, 9:16 pm)I want to congratulate this company for their outstanding customer service, especially the one received by Sandra. I went to that store to shop for a roofing job last week and she was amazing.
Without any roof knowledge, only the list given to be by my roofer, Sandra explained ALL I needed to know in detail, gave me choices and even provided me a quote. Today Mon/Sep/26/2016, I finally went in to finalize the purchase and same great service.
When you go there, they treat you with lots of patience, so if you are a newbie on roofing, no need to worry or feel embarrassed as other places where only constructors or people of the trade may go. There is also John, very helpful person (he may be the owner or Manager) and his knowledge is vast.
I decided to go with D & Cees Roofing just because of the way they treated me, I could have gone to Home Depot where I had 1 year to pay for all, but decided to go with this company. I would recommend this store to any home owner who wants a bit more quality and to get to know what will they put on their roof.
