  I shared a beautiful retreat experience with my sister through a one-day retreat held by Ashley. This retreat included Yoga, Meditation, Beach Side walks and Fresh Bites. Not only was it a wonderful bonding experience with my sister, but I came out of the retreat with a new friend (Ashley).
  
  If you need an excuse to spend quality time with a girlfriend, or get in-tune with yourself - treat yourself to a day with Ashley.

  An amazing human being and an incredible teacher. If you have the opportunity to attend on of her retreats- do it! I attended her day retreat a month ago and I can say that I am forever changed. Thank you Ashley for being so incredible and for helping me heal.

  How could I possibly have ever known that one fateful, winter morning would change everything in the course of my life? On the cold day I met the beautiful, talented, and life-filled Ashley Lord, my heart and spirit matched the weather. With a hardened, frozen, and broken heart, I found myself beyond lost in this twisted and challenging world. I had forgotten who I truly was, or maybe an even better description would be that I had never really known or allowed my self to know. I was unhealthy, overweight, trapped in patterns that were destroying my marriage, my sanity, and my overall wellbeing. I had no idea what it could mean then to tap into my own personal power or find warmth in this dreary and lonely life that I had created. AND THEN, entered Ashley. She was filled with light and joy, a master of self love, and the embodiment of enlightenment. Through our journey together, I have found my true name, I have lovingly learned to own my body in its entirety, and have cultivated my own personal power to achieve and accept greatness. She has shifted my heart and mind from a "nothingness" deservability to an abundance mindset. Her contagious laughter and joyful spirit have made my transformation to this exceptional version of myself easy and fun.
  During our weekly encounters, this incredible creature is honest and forgiving as she holds space for my failures and painful compulsions. She acknowledges, appreciates, and reassigns these ever-important emotions to new responsibilities, creating space for every part of me without judgement, shame, or ridicule. She keeps me on track and accountable to my goals and because of her I consistently feel inspired and focused in my business ventures, centered in my mental and emotional life, more attuned to my partner, and successful in my health goals.
  The process she uses is powerful and life changing! It has been an honor to work with this woman as she has persistently and lovingly supported and stretched me into places I never dreamed possible.
  Thank you so much, my darling friend! I am eternally grateful that God has brought us together to share in this life.
