The best thing was, my experience at VPI; from the moment I walked in; the Receptionist was very welcoming, efficient, and friendly, the Career Counsellor, caring compassionate and super knowledgeable in her field;. The Supervisor whom I had not met in person yet took the time to check in with me about the job and how it was going.
I came from a Management background where all staff were customer focused in a healthcare environment and Know what good Customer Service is, and I must say VPI Scarborough certainly has it. Hat's off to you, and do hope the management is aware of this, be proud of it and share this compliment with the Staff......Monica
