Of course there are times that some furniture maybe not be what a customer expects and the short come is not from Sunpan, its from the origin which is overseas. Overseas furniture has shorter time warranty. But Sunpan and its employee are easy to deal with and are and welling to solve the issue if possible. Customers must understand they should pass the issue to the dealer where they purchased and let dealer speak to Sunpan and take care of the issue. Sunpan is a B2B company and respectfully only deals with its dealers. We are a Sunpan dealer for the past 20 years, if there has been any issue, Sunpan customer service has pleasantly resolved it and all our customers are happy.

Any issue, their professional representatives and well trained staff members, immediately take care of it, regardless big or small.
Don't believe the negative reviews, you must see for yourself. Highly recommend Sunpan.
