Tahir is fantastic trainer with great sense of humor so every session is filled with laughs and positive attitude which urges you to work even harder. He has no blurry vision so always straight to point and never misses from target fitness that you want to acquire. Not to mention vast array of NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION he has at his disposal

Initially, my husband and I got Taher as my personal trainer for 6 weeks short term course and I really liked his training skills. He have several years of experience in personal training and helping people to change their lives. He will first understand the body type and train accordingly. He helps you understand what happens within your body for a particular exercise and also suggest you how your diet should be. Along with the training process he transfers his knowledge which is his number one asset. I really enjoyed the training period and gained good knowledge. After our short term training we decided to join his transformation training which is a 12month commitment. I would like to thank Taher for helping and motivating many to have a healthier life.
