On such short notice it was hard to find anyone of fix a cracked gas pipe which Kwame the technician did it very effectively. I am thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and highly recommend their services.

(July 13, 2021, 2:11 am)We had used Sentinel heating before to install our ac at our previous homes and yesterday they installed a Two-headed ductless air conditioning system in our four-story house. Aj and his crew were professional, courteous, fast and did very tidy work with the install. It's as neat and invisible as it can be. I really couldn't be happier. They installed a Fujitsu unit and I'm very happy with that too.

(June 19, 2021, 6:55 pm)Ajan is amazing. Our water heater broke down and needed to be replaced. We called more than 20 plumbers but no one had time to come. We also live in kitchener so no one from GTA agreed to come down to kitchener. When we spoke to Ajan, he mentioned he was booked for a long time. We explained our situation and that the water leak was bad. He understood our urgency and came to kitchener in less than a week all the way from Oshawa. Additionally his service is exceptional. He completed all the work in less than an hour (installing a new tank). He also brought new tank with him considering we did not have a vehicle to transport one. Our water heater has not given any issues ever since. I would totally recommend his services and rate him as number 1 in services and punctuality. Thank you Ajan.

(May 5, 2021, 11:08 pm)Ajan gave us a reasonable price for a AAA quality work and equipments. He also provided us detailed options and the best option for our home. When we suggested ideas based on our 10 minute Google research, he was kind enough to let us know that these options don't work best with our home and also gave us reasoning why.
On the day of the installation, he was punctual. He took the time to explain the workings and how to best keep the equipments efficient.
We would definitely recommend him to our clients and friends and if you are reading this post, look no further.
Work done: Replaced furnace, water heater, A/C unit, humidifier. Added internal and external gas lines. -

(March 6, 2021, 1:36 pm)The team at Sentinel are super professional, honest, and customer-service focussed. Had a full furnace and AC replacement. Job was done quickly, for a great price, and the end result was top notch. The entire area including inlet and outlet pipes is well organized and looks way better than before. New furnace is running great!
