Great food everytime I come here (Saturdays) but not open for the whole day :(. Cozy atmosphere an staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to eat for All-Day breakfast and for lunch. Portions are good enough for an average eater.

I live right around and this is my first time dining here!! What a treat! The place is 'seat yourself', so grab a seat at your convenience and start ordering! The waitress was really courteous and the food was superb!!! Will come back soon for other menu items.

Great brunch spot! Fairly priced and good selection. Lots of great pancake options as well!

This is a pretty nice little place, but it has it's drawbacks to be sure. We came here with a group of 5, and it took them ~40 minutes to seat us - they really don't seem to have much space for groups larger than 2 or 4 people.

The food was pretty good, but paying $30 for breakfast and a drink is kind of ridiculous if you ask me. Unless you're getting a fancy dessert pancake, breakfast food is pretty basic. As a non-coffee drinker, it annoyed me as well that most of their combos come with a coffee, and they offered me no way to sub it out.

I wouldn't say it was a bad experience, but it all seems a bit absurd for a bit of french toast and some sausages.

Rating is for the food only. Great food we come here all the time!!!!! You can't go wrong with anything you order. Christina T is the best waitress. She is very friendly, attentive and always makes sure we are taken care of. Other ones.... Not so much. One young lady was passing by our table and peeking at us the whole time rushing us to leave. The blond lady has been rude more than ones so we make it a point not to have her serve us!
