(September 18, 2019, 3:35 pm)I was diagnosed in type 2 diabetic around 10 years ago. I still remember that when I went to doctor his answer was to go and do some exercise it will be fine. I am extremely sorry to say that I did not get any doctor who can tell me how to prevent diabetes without medication. Either doctor made us victim to be diabetic or they Just don’t want to cure us, or they are programmed that way to say us systematically be a victim of medications. However, due to the doctor’s so call help I came to a point that I used to take 4 Metformins and other medication Ramiphil’ every day. Although I tried several diet plans during past time nothing change to make me mediation free. However, I have done enough research in diabetes, but the results were not that impressive. One day I met Mr. Khan in a restaurant with other friends and eventually we start to talk about food and side effects of foods. At this point that he told me without medication, I can run my life and eventually I can be free from diabetic. It’s a miracle that someone still telling me the truth. I just figure out that I am the captain for my own ship. Why not I just give a try. He gave me a diet plan for 3 weeks and I followed 80% of that and I can see the results. I am without medication for last one months and I don’t have any side effect. No high sugar, No addiction for more food and no craving. So far, I am fine with his suggestion and help. This week I am going to follow 100% his suggestion and help to continue my Journey against diabetes. I will recommend Mr. Khan as extremely knowledgeable about diabetes and he will tell you how to prevent it without medication and cure from other major diseases. I am getting the benefit of that.
