Ghetto clinic. Stay away!!!!

They injured my wife's arms and refused to take any ownership, not even a fake sorry this happened. My wife came home in pain with long red marks on both the front side of her arms. The massage therapist Sunny Ningning Shang pinched her body like it was bread dough. Barely addressed the needed areas. How did she graduate from rmt college? Charged us $84.75 for this? Anyone off the street can do a better job.

The cherry on the top is the manager Charlene and their owner though. Talked down to us like we are children about going to the doctor. Any time we tried to circle back to a refund or an apology, they would redirect the conversation to 1. go to the doctor 2. your injury is normal, there are people with worse injuries than you (they mentioned allergic reactions - literally what does that have to do with our situation?) 3. go to the doc.

November is giving month. It's better to give your money to charity than to give it to the bunch of crooks that operate this place.

Their manager Charlene is a real treat though. Lady talked down to my parents in a condescending way repeatedly telling us "go to the doctor! this is normal! go to the doc! you'll get injuries anywhere you go!! gO tO ThE dOc!!!!11!!! you signed a consent form! you need to communicate when you feel pain! it's hearsay when you said our therapist didn't check in with your mum because I wasn't in the room! don't forget to go to the doctor!"

Literally go anywhere else. In this kind of economic climate, less and less people are doing RMT and they treat patients like this. My dad was their client too. No more.

By the way, under the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, the Standard of Practice, Client-centered Care, section 12 states "Ensure the client's continuing comfort and safety during the treatment, addressing any intended and unintended effects and outcomes as required."

Charlene needs to take a course in people skills. Your line of work is customer service. You don't get to injure people, then talk down to them. Your job is to de-escalate these situations.

Great set up, visually appealing and designed beautifully. Has a "homey" type feeling, spa, healthy, healing, vibrant, bright and extremely welcoming. The staff are incredibly polite, extra caring and very welcoming. I also had one of the best massages there and plan to go back for many more. I definitely recommend checking this place out!!!

I found them on the web and I'm so happy that I have dealt with Charmaine and Cynthia at the front and they been very helpful and super friendly. As for the physiotherapy staff they are fantastic and there prices are really good compared to some I was checking out. I also enjoy the fact there open 7 days a week. If you're looking for great place. I would recommend them to my friends and family

The best massages and greatest value for your money. I'm glad I found them and will be long term customer as long as they're around. Definitely worth checking out.

I've been seeing massage therapist Dianna islam for a few years now for my massages. She is an amazing masseuse! Pro Life is in a convenient location and the staff are all very welcoming and friendly. They also have incredible rates. I highly recommend them !
