We appreciated the patient courteous service offered by Bal and were more impressed with the workmanship and application of the product once installed in our home. It was convenient to have the fabricator and stone all under one roof. The work was completed in a timely fashion this June. Thank you very much Pro Stone (Bal)!

(November 21, 2019, 4:19 pm)It was an Anniversary gift and second time using Pro Stone. They gave us a great price and their sales team from the owner to the installers all worked together. We weren't sure when the work would be completed but sure enough the owner called the night before and said it would be done the next day on the 25th. Whether he remembered or not, having our new granite kitchen counters made it even more special. We will always recommend this company to our friends and family.

(October 30, 2019, 6:43 pm)We had a unique outdoor bar counter top installed at 12' long, granite piece was beautiful and the warranty for 20 yrs is great. very professional. Swapna very efficient and friendly. Would use pro-stone for future projects.

(April 15, 2019, 8:56 pm)Being from rural Newcastle, we were reluctant to deal with a Toronto company when we decided to purchase granite counter tops. Although Pro Stone's front office could do with an update, they had a large selection of stone for us to choose from. Swapna, the sales rep, was great to deal with. The person doing the measuring and the installers were on time and very professional. The project was completed on schedule and we are pleased with the results.
