I was hovered over like a hawk as I went through their aisles. I mean the guy would literally watch me from a foot away, in attempt to steer my decisions on which items to purchase. Smugly dismissed a couple of the things I was looking for and offered alternatives that weren't quite the same.
The guy manning the cash took nearly 2 minutes to acknowledge I was in front of him to cash-out ???? the video he was watching, to him - was of more importance -

Both times staff have been very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient as I take a while to make up my mind. Prices are very good. Very high quality products cheaper/on par with sail or bass pro, and the knowledge I gained from speaking with the staff is invaluable. Definitely will be back!
