  Crawlys a good guy!
  Weak people stay clear. Strong people can get a lot out of him, the way he runs his gym and his classes. He has good skills and is educated in his arts. He has good people around him and is always looking out for those around him. Plus he keeps his gym clean, for families that's a pretty big plus in the boxing world.

  My 8-yeard old daughter decided that she wanted to take martial arts over ballet this year. I don't personally know much about martial arts, but since New Energy is down the street from us, I thought it would be a good place to start. I stopped in one day and talked to Kru David and he invited us back for a free trial class. After one "munchkin" class, my daughter decided she wanted to continue. So we signed her up for three classes a week at a reasonable rate. I have found everyone to be friendly and open. The two women, especially Miranda, who teach the kids and teen classes are both wonderful and patient.
  
  It looks like so much fun (and hard work) that I'm even considering joining and in all honestly, I'm seriously out of shape with some medical issues. But learning to kick and punch things seems like a great way to work out my anger issues.
  
  From what I've seen, I would highly recommend this club.
