(January 26, 2020, 4:31 am)I would rate Frank as one of the best in the city. His haircutting and styling skills are unmatched. He is obviously a perfectionist. And his prices beat those high priced snobby Salons, and gives you a just as good or better haircut to boot!
I'm so glad I discovered Milano by accident, as I happened to be in the area that day but I also did read the good reviews.
