(February 20, 2019, 5:51 pm)I needed to get and ultrasound done. The outgoing message says, you must book an appointment for ultrasound then if you wish to leave a message for call back, do so. I left a message, no call back after 2 days. I called again and was able to secure an appointment.
I got there 5 mins early and after I checked in I was called right away. If you are looking for a friend, you’re going to a wrong place. The receptionist is not friendly but she does her job proficiently, I think. The technician smiled and chatted briefly about the weather but did her job without delay.
If the waiting room is a little more spacious and cleaner, I’ll probably give 4. For now, 3 is very generous considering they did not return my call. -
