Award winning custom jewellery. Gorgeous work with an excellent respect for all customers no matter what you need. I highly recommend this establishment. I was very happy at the help I got for my citizen watch when I needed , it repaired of it's mechanical issue's.The experience and knowledge of the owner is worth any investment made at this store.

(July 5, 2019, 1:27 am)Had a ring repaired (aside from the comment that the diamond was punny) all went well and at $25 to repair - no problem. A very nice man helped me pick a lovely white gold sapphire and diamond ring the same day - it's very nice! Picked them both up today and have a 40% off coupon so I will shop here again - it's close, convenient!

(December 12, 2018, 5:07 pm)I came in to get a watch engraved for my wife for Christmas. It was 2 weeks before Christmas and I was concerned about getting it back in time as they send their engraving work out.
They called me the next day to say that it was finished. One of the workers went downtown to make sure it was done on time and to get it back right away.
I am blown away by this level of customer service. This was a very small sale for them and I had never shopped there before. For a $60 engraving job, they treated me as though I was a lifelong customer.
I will definitely be coming back for any jewellery purchases I make in the future. -

(March 30, 2017, 2:16 am)Excellent customer service all of them were so nice and with a smile on their faces. Really good prices I was looking for my wedding rings and this jewelry had a discount of 50% on them and gave a discount for my next purchase.
I highly recommend it.
